"Calendly Makes Weekly Call Scheduling Effortless"

What do you like best about Calendly?

I mostly use Calendly for our weekly calls, and it just makes scheduling much easier. Everyone can see the available times and choose what works without us having to discuss it in chat every week.

Once it's set up, I barely have to think about scheduling at all. The meeting gets into the calendar, everyone knows when the call is, and that's pretty much it. Simple, but very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Sometimes I forget to update my availability when my schedule changes, and then someone books a time that technically looks free but isn't really convenient anymore. Of course that's partly on me, but I wish managing temporary changes to my usual schedule felt a little quicker. Other than that, I haven't had any major issues with it. What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing it solves for us is the weekly question of when everyone is available. Before Calendly, even a simple call could turn into a long chat with people suggesting different days and times.

Now we spend almost no time on that. People choose from the available slots, the meeting goes straight into the calendar, and we can focus on the call itself rather than organizing it.
