I like how simple and fast Cakemail makes it to create and send email campaigns. The drag-and-drop editor is very easy to use, even for someone without technical experience. What do you dislike about Cakemail?

The reporting features can feel a bit limited, and I would like to see more detailed analytics, especially for subscriber behavior over time.
