What do you like best about CAKE?

From my point of view, it’s a modern workspace for planning and execution. The biggest win for us has been having tasks, docs, and collaboration all in one place, so updates don’t get lost across multiple tools. The UI feels lightweight and easy to navigate, and onboarding was straightforward even for non-technical teammates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CAKE?

From my understanding, a few of the more advanced workflows still feel less mature than the “enterprise” incumbents. Reporting and analytics, along with some of the deeper admin controls, could be stronger and more fully developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CAKE solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I understand it, it has reduced tool sprawl and improved visibility—fewer “where is the latest status?” questions, faster handoffs, and clearer ownership of tasks. We’re spending less time chasing updates and more time executing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
