I really like Cake Equity because it's simple and easy to navigate, even when dealing with complex calculations. The advanced tools, like long vesting periods, milestones, and options for lapsing and awarding, are great for recording ESOP plans and employee KPIs. It would be great to see an integration for general purpose financial reports since this is quite a manual element for us. It's a complex formula often to work out options and also the equivalent value that those options have for employee expenses on an ongoing basis when allocated to a company.
