What do you like best about Cacoo - Diagramming & Real-Time Collaboration for G Suite?

At first it took me a bit to understand how each of the options worked, but in a few minutes I managed to understand and I was able to quickly generate workflows.

Although the design options are similar to those of other tools. What I like the most is that in addition to being easy to use, it maintains a clean structure and design in each graph or diagram.

Another thing I like is that it's easy to share with other team members with edit or view permissions, which makes collaborative work much easier. The download of the diagram also has a very good view (something that is not easy to find) since it is downloaded as an image and the visualization is very good. What do you dislike about Cacoo - Diagramming & Real-Time Collaboration for G Suite?

So far I have not found anything that I disliked too much about the tool. The only thing I would highlight is the difficulty at first to use it, I could not quickly find or understand the editing functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Cacoo mainly to document the processes of the areas where I work. Currently my area has many processes where different roles are involved and we need to have all the documentation in order, which is why this tool has caught my attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
