Increasing sales enquiries for care and recruiting more staff. Having tried various types and suppliers of chat services, we added c4b chat to our website with remarkable results. The industry we are in is highly competitive and being able to connect with prospective clients while they are browsing our website and researching has been a game-changer for us. What do you like best about c4b?

No hassle. A text comes in, and if we accept it, we are straight in chatting with our prospective client or staff member. There are no passwords to remember and no apps to log into. Those chats we cannot pick up are dealt with professionally and reflect well on our business. C4B is a true extension to our sales team. What do you dislike about c4b?
