This provides a user-friendly way for suppliers and carriers to add bookings for already existing purchase orders. It’s a big improvement over the previous process, which was largely handled manually. With this in place, we can now capture metrics and report on where the breakage is happening, then use that insight to find improvements and keep the process as smooth as possible. There are many clicks to make a booking, to make a booking for each line we much enable the line, update the quantity and then confirm. Would be much easier if all lines were enabled and the confirmation only needed to be done once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
