C1Risk has a nice easy and intuitive interface. It supports all of the standards that we need and with the crosswalks, it keeps us from duplicate efforts. This is important since we started with one target certification and then moved to another, based on customer requirements and it was pretty seamless. Without C1Risk, our ISO27001 pursuit would not have been successful. Additionally, they are very open to changes to improve the user experience. All one needs to do is ask! Training. As with most new tools with so many features, understanding how all of them interact with each other and what to do where and when was a uphill climb.
