There was very little to dislike about the services offered. That said, there may be some room for improvement in how the finer points of the requirements we provided were handled, as it was often unclear whether certain specific details were being treated as optional requests or as absolute necessities. I understand that this level of scrutiny can be a good thing when working with vendors who tend to ask for more than needed, but in our case it caused some frustration for our QA team.
