I've been using BVNK for a couple of years now, and we were a startup that grew alongside them. The customer service is excellent and very responsive. I'm very happy with how, as our business grew, we could speak to them for further requirements. The product is very good, very easy to use, very intuitive, and very quick. I really like the feature for converting to crypto and sending crypto, which is very good, along with the ability to handle fiat to third parties. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. They've had a few changes in their FIAT banking which caused us some extra admin issues. There's been changes with the banks they use, like going from EasyPay to LHV, then back to EasyPay, and now to a couple of other banks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
