The email open rates and link click tracking is also very useful. I also love the Buzzbar app as it makes the whole list building process so much quicker. Being able to see comms from previous projects within a particular link partner is also very handy as it gives you a better picture of how they work so you can tailor your approach. **What do you dislike about BuzzStream?** It's very obvious when it's in heavy use as it becomes very slow, which when you're working to a time budget, can become a problem. The Discovery element can also be quite buggy - not adding sites to your list, the list you want to add to not showing up etc. I also find it unhelpful that if when an individual you've reached out to at a particular publication unsubscribes, it marks the whole publication as "DO NOT CONTACT", meaning you're unable to send further emails to anyone. You can overcome this by removing the affected email address, but ideally, Buzzstream would be smarter and just shut down contact to that particular address. **What problems is BuzzStream solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's very much a useful tool for speeding up the outreach process. The reporting also provides very handy visuals when communicating on progress with clients. ### 14. We have taken 4 seats on the tool and I really like how multiple people can manage their own leads or assign it to someone else to avoid confusion and contacting the same people over and over again. I also like how it seamlessly syncs with our email accounts to show all the previous conversations to everyone in the team and keep them updated about the leads. The inbuilt bulk outreach system is amazing and works pretty well. Easy to quickly get the hang of it with 1on1 calls with same support person. Only tool to include influencer search, plus it has the ability to create email aliases right on the platform. Doesn't crash like Pitchbox. **What do you dislike about BuzzStream?** At one point, I started working again faster with spread sheets, then move the data onto Buzzstream. If everything could be done on Buzz with efficiency... it would be amazing. The user experience still needs some work. You need to switch between tabs constantly, specially to reply to emails and link monitoring. Takes some time to get used to. It does not provide link status, like 301 or 404. Does not have a global search bar, to find a website you need to go to the specific folder. **Recommendations to others considering BuzzStream:** Perfect for just backlink building at the right price with upgrade plans. I might be swithching to SEO Power Suite, just because the company is using it for the content managers so we should all use the same tool. This tool comes with Link Assistant, and that pretty much has all the features of Buzzstream.
