I used Buzz for gaining connections in my particular field, which allowed me to see many more possible contacts than I could on my own. I really liked the friendly staff; Noah did a great job during the initial sales/explanation of the product, and Eugene helped me install and trained me in the use of the product. Buzz provides a very large scale of connections. I have a smaller organization, that focuses more on personal contact so the product just was not a perfect fit. Can see how it would though be for larger organizations seeking volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
