I love Busuu’s structure and streaks because they motivate me to study Chinese every day and stick to a routine. I like the interactive lessons where I look at a picture and choose the right answer, and I love the little song that plays when I get an answer right. I also like the chapters and tests, and the review function lets me revise the words I’ve learned and see how many I know so far. I’ve learned about 90 words, and seeing my progress helps me keep going with the course. I like being able to connect with native speakers and ask Chinese speakers to correct my lessons and work so I can see where my answers are wrong and improve. I also like seeing my goal and progress in beginner Chinese; I’m about halfway through and think I can finish the basic skills in about a month. Signing in through the link was super easy, and I found nothing difficult about getting started. Busuu is free, and the features are really effective for language learning.
