What do you like best about Bunchball Nitro?

I like that you can upload a .csv and update multiple users points at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bunchball Nitro?

I don't like that the users address aren't connected to Nitro. When pulling reports, it would be easier if they're address was included for fulfillment purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bunchball Nitro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bunchball solves the issue of manually updating users points and keeps a great record of what items were redeemed and user history. The benefits are that it saves time and keeps things organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
