I like the drag and drop dispatch and scheduling tools. Another great thing is the mobile work order and auto capture feature. The integrated job costing and quoting from the mobile apps works really well for us, allowing our service manager to generate accurate quotes based on past job data and material costs. I think BuildOps needs some improvements, especially with the mobile app in areas with low connectivity. It's frustrating when I'm in a basement and the app doesn't perform well. Another area that could be better is the custom financial report configuration. Right now, building custom multi-attribute reports that combine showroom sales data with field service labor costs requires a lot of manual filter setup in the reporting suite. I would really like to see preformatted financial reporting templates specifically designed for furniture retail and commercial installation workflows.
