I use Buildium for property management, and I find it very user-friendly. The software is predictive and easy to use, which makes my tasks more manageable. I'm particularly fond of the banking, reports, and file-sharing features offered by Buildium. I also think the interface between tenants and property management is very attractive. Once in a while there's a glitch, and having an undo feature would be really helpful. There have been instances where I entered a reference number for a bill, and the system didn't catch that the same reference number was previously entered. This led to accidentally paying a bill twice because I relied on the system to catch duplicates. A list of recent actions taken might also be beneficial. Also, a few tenants have had a hard time logging in to their accounts on the Buildium app, and have been really frustrated about that.
