I've been using Buildium for since 2014. The Buildium phone application allows me to leave the office and work on the fly. The web based app on my computer is quick, and comprehensive. It is easy to find and look at a tenant or homeowner profile and get a complete picture of the information and ledger. The notification of work orders and ease of use in assigning them to a vendor/employee faciliates faster solutions. The support database is great and helps me solve my own Buildium issues. My only real dislike is not having the flexibility to have multiple screens open. I'd like to be able to enter the date field using keyboard instead of mouse driven calendar.
