What do you like best about BuildingLink.com?

Buildinglink has multiple sections that can truly assist you with resident information. It is very thorough and is essential for a concierge. The "dashboard" has pertinent information... everything from "Action Items", "Active Announcements", " Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BuildingLink.com?

What problems is BuildingLink.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

If a resident comes down to the Concierge and only gives their name... You can quickly look up their unit number and vice versa... events can be scheduled in the calendar... packages are maintained efficiently. It is beneficial to have an email automatically sent to the resident once scanned and saved. We can keep track of keys going in and out, who is allowed in the building, and who is not. The software enables us to make people accountable for their actions, therefore truly minimizing human error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
