I have been using Prism since November. I enjoy the clean user interface and that it's an intuitive platform. Onboarding was a simple process as our building data was uploaded into Prism (not historical work orders however). I found that I was easily able to make the required updates and amendments so that the system would operate in the best way to meet our business requirement. I enjoy that the system is actively developed and new features are always being added. Due to it being a new platform that's constantly being improved I have on occasion found glitches and problems. However, the Building Engines support team have been very helpful. This is includes support over different timezones, for example we are in the Asia Pacific region not in the USA. I also enjoy the online learning platform that is in place to help learn more about using the product. The Prism platform I find to be very responsive in terms of speed, the only times that I've found it to lag is when the Building Engines team are performing system maintenance. AI features are still relatively new in Prism so I find that they are still improving and not the finished product yet, but I'm sure that this will be actively developed in future updates. In general I've enjoyed moving across to the Buildings Engine Prism product and have found that it's been a very efficient and customisable product that has helped our organisation substantially reduce our open work order count. I don't have too many negatives about using Prism by Building Engines and I'm also mindful that updates and bug fixes are consistently happening. Being in Australia and Building Engines being a US company brings its challenges. Whilst there is an Aust/Pacific support region for standard support which is helpful I can't help think that having a designated support contact would be beneficial. This could be someone in our region that we could build a relationship with, they could learn about our business, and the support could be tailored to our needs. On a product note I'd like it if reports in Prism could be more customisable or built from scratch. Maybe this is a feature that will come in a future update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
