What do you like best about Buildertrend?

Scheduling and the ability to share information. We certainly don't use all of the features, but we are heavily dependent on Scheduling (including automatic notifications), Change Order management, and document sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buildertrend?

It seems like things are breaking more often, and taking a long time to resolve. i.e. Notes that are attached to Change Order don't display on the mobile version. Comments to customers on Change Orders don't display for the customer. Miscellaneous gremlins that we shouldn't have to work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buildertrend solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think they're really trying to tie together all aspects of their software so that all pieces are using the same architecture, etc. This is a huge deal on the surface...if every customer used EVERY feature. As it is, though, it seems like some "improvements" just make things harder to use. I've complained about their new Change Order feature for MONTHS.
