What do you like best about Bugzilla?

The suggestion it gives to make sure the bug is not duplicated while filing a bug is excellent when compared to other defect management tools available in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bugzilla?

Editing one's comment is not possible in this tool and also highlighting certain datatypes in a different colour is not possible. If there is an easy way to add just Bug scrub comments and maintain it separately, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bugzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bugzilla is helping us to file and track the defects. It helps developers and testers to improve product quality by allowing them to collaborate better. It has certainly helped our product to mature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
