BUGtrack has great ease of use. Provides a larger number of features than any software in the market. It has great customer support Its implementation is quite good for testers and developers With many features, the frequency of use is more than expected. Also, its integration is good enough. Well, BUGtrack is quite helpful for developers and testers. It removes all the unusual tasks that need to be performed for testing any software or functionality like sending docs and all. With this, the workflow is much smoother and does not require any steps or manual work to compile and redistribute bugs.
