What do you like best about Bugly?

Bugly is inspired by the Stripe API and responds in JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) and for computer geeks JSON is a bit familiar. Even their RESTful API is still in Beta, which excites me more. It also has various interesting features including a video training console. It helps detect bugs & viruses on employees' computers remotely, especially if you have multiple locations. What do you dislike about Bugly?

The one thing that I personally think is that the scope of Bugly is a single-purpose API, and you can also consider no live support as a dislike content of Bugly. This program is still in the beginning stages of implementation, so there are still some links that need to be worked out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
