Collaboration with the team and the ability to have a screenshot of what is being seen on the viewer's end for the best possible diagnostic support. The ability to have the google extension is also very nice for clients to easily use the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes things can get buried or lost if the client is not well organized or likes to post multiple requests about the same section. Perhaps to mitigate this you could have the option to group requests via subpage as well? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
