What do you like best about BugHerd?

Honestly love this tool. The dashboard is so helpful to see all of the internal team's feedback and the client's feedback all in one centralized place. It keeps things very organized. It's so handy during our QA process. Highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

Sometimes I find the search tool tricky / difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BugHerd:

I'd recommend using the columns to organize the QA flow, and also recommend using tags (for example for out of scope items I might tag things as "design update" etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to keep track of our 2 rounds of QA. For example, we have a clear cut off with clients for our QA rounds in our scope. Like we can say "ok, your first round of QA ended up item #65" - this helps to keep track of scope. It's also great that we can all follow along conversations within a card until it's resolved. It's also helpful to see the digest at the end of the day to see a summary of all the activity. It's a great tool overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
