Hands down, my favorite feature is the ability to track bugs via a Chrome extension. It takes next to no explanation to get clients logging bugs. It saves me tons of hassle and, quite frankly, BugHerd makes the process fun. Yeah, I said it. It's actually really fun to log bugs with BugHerd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only hesitation is in the pricing plans. I don't need it all the time, just for projects that only last about three months at a time. So for my use case I'd prefer a per-project one-time expense rather than a subscription since I have to scale up and scale back the subscription frequently depending on the clients. Hi Michelle,
Really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a stellar review. We definitely think logging bugs with BugHerd is fun here too. :)
Thanks also for sharing your feedback on the pricing plan too - I'll definitely pass that along!
Cheers,
Merrin
