What do you like best about Bugfender?

We really appreciate how well the logs are structured, and the offline caching has been incredibly useful. As a construction-focused mobile software company, many of our job sites are in remote areas where internet connectivity is limited or completely unavailable. What do you dislike about Bugfender?

The pricing structure could be a bit more flexible. There's a steep jump from 1 million logs to 5 million logs, with no intermediate tier, which makes it harder to scale gradually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bugfender solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has significantly improved our troubleshooting process. The dashboard is user-friendly and provides all the key information we need at a glance. Previously, we stored logs on our own servers, and during service issues, accessing them was often impossible, making troubleshooting quite difficult.
