Creating a schedule is simple and easily accessible to my employees. The features available are exactly what I need to run my small team efficiently. It took less than a week to fully set up and understand the basics of the app, so it was a very easy integration for my company. **What do you dislike about Buddy Punch?** The Buddy Punch mobile application is missing some features that are only available on PC. The specific features I noticed that were not available are customizing notifications and account details. I did not have any issues regarding the application's set up and performance on mobile or PC. **What problems is Buddy Punch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Buddy punch allows easy viewing of the schedule for my employees. I never get questions anymore about who's shift is when or confusing their shifts with another persons. I like that you have the option to copy the previous day and even the previous timecard. The interface is clean. You can edit anything until you submit. Any hours over 40 automatically appear under OT. You can enter in hours and minute instead of fractions of an hour. Not endless options. Access to past timecards. **What do you dislike about Buddy Punch?** There is no option for bereavement leave. Too bad I can't edit a PTO request once it is submitted. **What problems is Buddy Punch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Buddy Punch stores past timecards and keeps a running total of my hours and PTO, which saves me time whenever I need to check how much PTO I have left. The initial setup was super easy. **What do you dislike about Buddy Punch?** The geo-fence and adding notes are slightly sensitive, and notes can only be added when clocking in and out. When out of geo-fence, you can't clock out.
