What do you like best about Buddy Punch?

Buddy Punch's ability to login and out on a mobile platform works well for our staff. The ease and security of being able to edit and submit times is without hassle. The administrator interface is easy to use right after the first week it is implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buddy Punch?

The only thing I dislike about Buddy Punch is that its PTO function does not integrate with a payroll software such as Quickbooks. That would make it easier to track PTO hours as we currently have to manually enter them into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Buddy Punch:

Have your managers play with the features and compare to other timeclock softwares. I believe they will find the ease of BuddyPunch to be the right choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buddy Punch solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems we have solved with Buddy Punch include better digital time tracking at a low-cost. The largest benefit has been the mobile app which has made it easier for employees to comply with timekeeping practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you Ian for the review, it's great to hear you are finding us easy to use. We offer both integrations with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Currently only our Desktop integration allows the linking of Time Off to Payroll Items in QuickBooks, this is a limitation of the QuickBooks Online API. We appreciate your business.
