I find Buddy Punch to be beyond user-friendly and super easy to use. I didn't need any guidance to figure out how to find my totals, request time off, or view the time-off calendar. Clocking in is super easy and takes a fraction of a second. I appreciate that it's clear how time is tracked and it feels fair. It's also better than other time keepers I've used at other workplaces, like ADP. The initial setup was very easy, and I think it's a great time keeper overall. One thing that could be improved is including pending approvals in a total tally on the time cards. It would help if we could see one under "pending total" and another under "actual total" so we don’t panic when something is still pending approval. Other than that, anything else that didn’t work was more likely due to our own internal issues than Buddy Punch itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
