What do you like best about BTerrell Group?

What do you dislike about BTerrell Group?

Recommendations to others considering BTerrell Group:

I'm sure that they won't regret it. The product that we use, SmartEFT is really fast, safe and does what is expected. If at some point you get an issue or bug, the support team will help you really fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BTerrell Group solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company uses Sage Intacct, and BTerrell Group is the developer of SmartEFT, which we use to make EFT payments. We were having an issue with the SmartEFT app, so I contacted BTerrell Group support team. It was surprising how fast their answer was, on top of that in every communication that we had, they solved my questions and even taught me something we didn't know, thanks to that information we will reduce the manual work of our Accounts Payable team.
