If you are a Sage Intacct user, BTerrell is the most valuable resource I've found. A lot of the actual Sage support is on-demand/self-service, and I've found BTerrell to be able to effectively fill the gaps in terms of support and ongoing education/customization at a very reasonable price. What problems is BTerrell Group solving and how is that benefiting you?
