What do you like best about BT One Phone?

Unified Number Across Devices

You can link landline, desk-phone, mobile and extensions so that if someone calls your business number, it’ll reach you wherever you are (on your mobile or desk).

Cloud-Hosted System / Flexibility

Because it’s cloud based, you get many of the functions of a full office phone system (call routing, forwarding, hunt groups, etc.) without needing dedicated hardware per user. You can control things centrally via a portal.

Mobile & Remote Working Support

The mobile app means you’re not tied to your desk. You can see your presence status, access voicemails, company directory, manage settings like follow-me (call forwarding) etc. This helps a lot if you travel or work outside the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reliability Issues

- dropped/missed calls, sudden call cut-offs, sometimes whole days with no incoming or outgoing service.

Poor Customer Support

Delayed responses (or none at all) from support or faults teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
