**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

With the Oklahoma Warriors NAHL and OKC Warriors NA3HL organizations, we use Brushfire year-round for two hockey teams, our off-season tryout camps, NAPHL teams, and NAHL Prospect Challenge teams. What we like most is that we can use Brushfire for everything, and it has saved us time and money by allowing us to handle team registrations and sell tickets for our NAHL and NA3HL teams to fans in one simple, easy-to-use system. Whenever we need support, the Brushfire staff is always there to help, even on weekends.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

I’ve been using Brushfire for years, and I honestly haven’t found a single thing I dislike about the system. They’re also always rolling out new features, and they’ve been great.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Brushfire has helped us solve is handling registrations for the NAPHL/NAHL Prospects Challenge team and our Try Out Camp.

In the off-season, registrations used to be a huge task with the way we were doing it. We were spending multiple hours a day copying registration information into spreadsheets for our coaches. With Brushfire managing the registrations, and after a little bit of setup, it automatically emails our coaching staff separate spreadsheets showing who registered for what. This has saved us countless hours and money on the back end.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

The platform has been a highly reliable option for coordinating high-volume registrations as well as more niche youth camps. Setup is remarkably straightforward, and the flexibility to provide a more tailored shopping-cart experience is a real advantage. What stands out most, though, is their exceptional customer help desk: they work directly with attendees to resolve ticketing issues, which takes a major operational burden off my own staff.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

My main complaint is the lack of a native sync feature with Rock RMS. Right now, we have to dedicate engineering resources to pull data through their API and then manually format it into our SQL database so we can cross-reference it with existing member records. A built-in connection would remove this tedious development workflow and noticeably improve our overall data-entry efficiency.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines the logistical challenges of large-scale event ticketing and seasonal camp administration. By taking on direct consumer tech support, it frees my team to focus on the actual execution of our events. The platform’s ability to securely retain user profiles also makes registration much faster and more convenient for our returning attendees, especially those who come back year after year.

The customer service is honestly on another level compared to other software providers. The team is incredibly tenacious when it comes to solving specific technical hurdles or helping with the initial ticketing configuration. It is rare to find a support staff that follows up so diligently to ensure that every single one of your problems has been fully resolved.

I find the user interface to be more confusing than it needs to be. There have been several times when navigating the dashboard felt counterintuitive, and I’ve ended up feeling lost while trying to track down certain settings. Although the high-quality support eventually helps bridge that gap, the software itself would really benefit from a more modern, streamlined design to improve overall usability.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets us maintain a consistent brand identity throughout the entire ticket-purchasing journey, which makes our organization come across as more professional. On top of that, the fee structure is far more manageable than what we’ve run into with larger competitors. I appreciate that Brushfire keeps everything in one place, making it easier for me to handle back-end admin tasks and assist people when issues arise. I find the check-in process easy for guests at the door, which is a big plus. I also like that I can send emails with specific, unique links for people to access and edit their tickets as needed. I was impressed with what the platform could do and their willingness to create things for us as required. The customer service team is quick and helps me fix the problem and also understand how to do it next time on my own, if possible.

Sometimes the admin pieces are not super intuitive, so I can't quite get to what I need to fix a problem, and I need to reach out for help.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

I love that Brushfire is super user-friendly, making it easy for me to manage a lot of data at once and customize each event based on my needs. I also appreciate the fact that I can make everything branded and ask intentional questions for my events. The back end is very user-friendly, allowing me to handle tasks like issuing refunds, changing price points, and customizing event pages as if they were my own. The one-on-one technical support is fantastic, and I really appreciate talking to a real person instead of a chat agent. The tools are self-explanatory and the hands-on team is willing to do anything needed for a successful event.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

I feel like there's times that I have trouble searching and for different attendees. Sometimes when I search attendees, it's really hard to find exactly what I'm looking for. And I feel like sometimes the search feature isn't as accurate when it comes to searching attendee data within a specific event, especially because there are lots of attendees at times.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Brushfire makes managing and customizing event data super easy. It's user-friendly, allowing me to handle a lot of data at once, customize events, and receive excellent one-on-one support. The tools are easy to use, and the team is hands-on, ensuring event success.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

I like that Brushfire is customizable for our organization, allowing logo and branding consistency throughout. We can customize tickets, promo codes, discounts, ticket descriptions, and any add-ons. The customization offers a deep bench of information. We switched to Brushfire from Eventbrite because of its remarkable customization capability and amazing customer support. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the knowledge base is in-depth, making the platform pretty intuitive. Transitioning to Brushfire from other event software was seamless. The support provided is incredible.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

I do find the reporting a little bit clunky, and even though you can customize your reports, that's a little bit clunky too. I feel like I always have to reach out to support for help with getting the data out of the system that I need. The refund process is a little bit unclear and I wish there was a way to customize the email that goes back to the person who registers in the event of a refund.

Brushfire keeps all registrations in one place, making it easy for attendees to register and providing QR codes for seamless entry and lunch access. It simplifies reporting and tracks revenue and fees efficiently.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

I can't say there is something I like best about it right now b/c of the problem I'm having that we had last year for a bit too.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

I don't like that when we go to our event, it often says there is no event selected, and when I try to see the people signed up, it says the same thing. It's frustrating that sometimes when people try to sign up, it doesn't allow them to. The search options are also problematic; it always says I'm not committed to an event when I am, and then doesn't let me pick the event I'm committed to. I've also encountered dead links that leave me with nowhere to go.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When using Brushfire, it often says there's no event selected and doesn't allow sign-ups. It claims I'm not committed to an event and leads to dead links, causing issues with event management for our church. "Your account is not currently configured to view events>"

I like how customizable Brushfire is! Along with the fact that our rep is easily to contact.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

I dislike that it gives the option to not add a customer's name, then when they can't find they ticket, it takes forever to pull up the ticket number because there is no name!

Love the quick QR Scan, gets people through the door with no lobby bottle neck problems.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

I use Brushfire for my events and I really enjoy how the system is easy to build. It empowers me in the ticket-making process and facilitation. I like having control over the ticket process, including the build of the tickets, ticket pricing, ticket descriptions, and even payments. The transparency with payment fees is something I appreciate, as it clearly lets the customer know the additional costs. I also love the group component, where I can send a link and easily add to the group without starting over and building another group. The customer support has been amazing, helping me with the setup and providing useful and helpful tips.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

Sometimes I run into issues with logging in using my company credentials, which are Google-based, and it doesn't accept them. Also, for a first timer, building the ticketing platform or process can be a bit overwhelming or intimidating.

I use Brushfire for event registration for a women's conference because it provides an easy way for women to register for the conference and make payments. I appreciate the many reports that can be generated and the ability to do mass emails to attendees. I like the ease of use and the great support by the Support Team if I have questions. Setting up Brushfire was quite simple, especially with the help of Brushfire's service technical support.

In some cases, the user has to enter their information as both buyer and attendee and it seems duplicative.

I love how easy it is to set up and manage Brushfire. I also love their customer support. Whenever I have an issue, I just send them a quick message, and they typically get back to me and fix the problem within twenty-four hours. There's a lot of customization in Brushfire, and it's really made specifically for events. The initial setup was very easy; our customer service manager walked us through the process and was extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

I'd like to find an easier way to access an event-specific dashboard. A button to more easily access it would be helpful.

Brushfire lets us easily collect registration information and payments, and create specific registration paths and discount codes. It's easy to set up and manage, significantly simplifying our event registration process.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

My favorite part of Brushfire is Matthew. Because of him being so patient and helping me out, he explains everything to me. I feel like I get that human experience where someone is really assisting me, not just a random person. I stay with one person, and they help me through the whole process, making sure the setup is correct before we even go live. All of that stuff is super customer-friendly. Do they help you out? Absolutely, then your event comes out to be a total success.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

I think if there was a way to make it so people could do payments instead of paying all at once, like if a ticket is $200, they could pay $50 and then later another $25. That would be nice for those who pay in parts. Another thing I wish is to bring down the price because the Brushfire fees and Square fees add up a lot.

We've had an outstanding experience using this ticketing platform and couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the ease of use stood out—it’s intuitive, well-organized, and makes creating, managing, and tracking events a breeze, even for team members who aren’t super tech-savvy. It’s obvious that a lot of thought has gone into building a tool that truly works for events of all sizes.

Without a doubt, the customer service is unparalleled. I've had multiple experiences with Brushfire's team helping me with very specific questions or even setting up the ticket process. I recently had an experience with Matthew from their customer service team, and he went above and beyond in following up with us. He had tenacity in making sure our problem was solved, which made a big difference!

The actual platform itself is kinda hard to use. I was pretty confused and have been confused many times with the platform itself. Generally speaking, it's not a user-friendly interface, but the stellar support I received makes everything still feel like an incredible win.

We have been using Brushfire for over ten years, and it has proven to be an excellent tool for managing our large ticketed events as well as our summer camps for kids, students, and young adults. The ease of use is a significant reason we chose Brushfire over other options, such as Rock Registrations. The setup process was incredibly simple and intuitive, making it easy to use. When managing our large ticketed events, I particularly appreciate the outstanding customer service offered by Brushfire, as it relieves my team from handling technical support and customer issues. Another feature I enjoy is the flexibility in setting up events, allowing for a shopping cart experience depending on how we choose to configure it. I am impressed by Brushfire's ability to store information, making the purchase of future events seamless and convenient. From an administrative standpoint, managing events and making changes is straightforward. Lastly, the support from both technical and customer service aspects is excellent, contributing to a great customer experience. Overall, Brushfire has been a reliable and advantageous solution for our needs.

I would like a direct integration between Brushfire and Rock RMS. I have to rely on developers to use the API to pull data from Brushfire and then manually process it into our SQL environment to match attendees against our existing Rock RMS database.

Customers have the option to create accounts to recall their information and purchases.

Subscription reports to individuals within a team. 

Duplication of forms & settings.

The mobile integration for customers.

The location / description of certain settings does not always feel like they're in the right line of thinking - like they're out of place. 

When accepting partial payments - not having the option to place the full price as the first dropdown option is difficult as most people don't recognize that the lower amount is automatic and therefore pay less then they intended. This makes balance collection a larger process than desired and frustrates customers. 

The refund process for tickets (especially when in a group) is a little convoluted. 

Not having an option to apply more than one promotional code to an order. 

Not having the option to apply a promotional to a single registrant in a group. 

Searching for a registrant within entries - it would be nice if the search field would pull from all data and you didn't have to find the specific field holding the information to locate someone. This can prove difficult with large groups.

The ability to create a form with the ticket base starting point. Like for a survey, etc.

Not having the ability to create rules based on word entry within a field. 

Not having the ability to layer rules more than one layer. If/Then scenarios.

The email non-native automation process.

Not being able to edit from the app on a phone.

The best thing about Brushfire is how flexible the platform is. It makes setting up events, managing registrations, and customizing ticketing options incredibly easy.  The backend is very user friendly

What really sets Brushfire apart, though, is their exceptional customer support. Anytime questions come up, their team responds quickly and with a genuine desire to help. I sometimes come up with situations that I am unsure the best way to handle it or set up and they alreadys are willing to help and try to come up with a solution.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

It would be very helpful if you could set a date and time that the ticket link closes and not the date and time of the event to give people time to put at the door ticket sales in.  

It would also be really helpful that when a site hits a certain number of tickers, we could receive a notification.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brushfire makes it easy to manage multiple event locations for one main event. Whether it’s a movie or simulcast, you can set up a main event and then create individual host sites under it. Each location gets its own registration page and settings, but everything stays connected and organized in one place.

Honestly, I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. It was truly a shot in the dark choosing Brushfire to host our first ticked concert. Found them in the square integrations page, and I couldn't be happier with how lucky I got. They've not only created an easy to use, very affordable product, but they've made something that is pleasurable for the user as well!

Above all that, Brushfire has FAR EXCEEDED my expectations regarding customer service. With such an affordable service, I wasn't expecting much but the team has proven time and again they can pivot quickly, offer fantastic industry standard advice, and respond much quicker than other online service portals. 

Truly, as we continue toward our concert date, I am beyond confident the process will be smooth and pleasurable for all employees and participants. I overwhelmingly recommend Brushfire to that small or large event host looking for an easy integration and user experience. I can only imagine what it will be like as they continue to refine and improve upon what they have created.

Honestly, there isn't much. They really have a great product, especially when considering the pricepoint. If you have to be nitpicky, the seating maps can be a little edgier/ smooth. Or have an option on how they are designed, for example, clean dots where seats are instead of seat icons, or some other cool techy thing. But seriously, so minor, its good how it is.

We are hosting a first time ticketd and assigned seat concert. We've hosted numerous free open seating concerts, so this was an adventure but with Brushfire it was an easy adventure.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

Brushfire has been easy to use and easy to get help with. I contact their customer support probably three or four times  a week with very unique and niche questions about billing, ticket design, and everything else you might be able to think of. The built-in customer service for customers is also a huge help, as I am not bogged down by phone calls from attendees asking for specifics or ticket issues.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

Brushfire has a bit of a confusing back-end system for someone like me, with an overall dashboard for your company and then specific dashboards for events. Considering I only one run (very large) event, I sometimes forget where to find items or how to fix them. However, customer service never seems annoyed when I call them to ask for help. It can also be a bit difficult for costumers to find ways to edit their tickets after purchasing - right now, they can access through a small link at the bottom of their ticket. Many of our customers are older and sometimes have issues finding things if they're not incredibly obvious, so a big button that says "Edit Your Ticket" or something along those lines might be useful.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brushfire is one of the only platforms that was able to find a way to organize my event (it is a large overhead event, with many - over 150 - smaller additional purchases to be made underneath).

The best thing about Brushfire is our relationship with them.  They have always had stellar customer service, with quick response times.  Their support team solves problems and makes sure everything runs smoothly.  It truly feels like they are a part of our staff that we can rely on to handle our events and any new twists we throw at them.

Some of the tools to configure and work with reserved seating venues could be improved.  On the other hand, they set up our seating venues for us, and they work pretty well that way.

They provide online ticketing, registration, and payment for campus events.
They also provide email event management and marketing tools to contactall of our attendees at a given event, or past events, etc.
It has enabled us to handle many events with style.  And with a very small staff devoted to this.

The staff and representatives of Brushfire have always been easily accessible and willing to help. When I have made a mistake or missed scheduling an event, Brushfire quickly renders assistance and fixes what needs to be fixed. And, they are always checking on our progress. I am new to my position and Brushfire staff educated me with ease of implementation. They have also created individual thumbnails for all of our schools to reduce confusion when purchasing tickets for an event.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

When customers purchase an incorrect ticket or buy season tickets and their child does not make the desired team, not being able to refund the order fees. However, I do not think that is Brushfire's problem.

Brusfhire has created an easy platform to purchsae tickets to event without  using cash. The home screen for our district shows individual thumbnails for events hosted at certain campuses. This allows the consumer an opportunity to purchase a ticket for events with ease. They also created QR codes for student athletes and staff to enter athletic events for the entire year.

Sometimes it can take what feels like unnecessary clicks to do a task. Also, the interface can be slow for both the backend and frontend.

Brushfire quite literally took a task that took a team of people a week to do and reduced the admin load to a few hours for one staff person. We utilize Brushfire for many large events within our church. From using previous software, I appreciate how easy it is to process a refund through Brushfire. In the past, it took our organization multiple steps and staff members to do one refund. With Brushfire, it was just clicking a couple buttons. When we needed support from Brushfire, help has come quickly and clearly.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

We have singular events that occur simultaneoulsly at multiple locations. For example, our kids camps are a single event in our church. However, they occur across 12 locations within the same week. Because of that, our team needed to create a single event with 12 different registraiton types. This caused some confusion among our registrants. It would be great if there was an additional way to filter registrations where they select the location, but only see one option.

Brushfire has taken over much of the work involved in our registration processes for major events. It organizes all attendee information and process payment information, which creates ease of mind financially when preparing for an event.

• Season Ticket system is awkward - doesn't feel fully finished
• Making identical corrections/changes to multiple performances is tedious
• Gift card system (using Square Gift Cards) requires an awkward workaround due to lack of support for split payments (e.g. part by gift card, part by credit card)

It is reducing the number of customer complaints due to either software glitches or difficult interfaces.
It gives me the ability to change many things myself, although the staff are very willing to do things for me if desired.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

There aren't any I'm aware of yet. But I would want to know if there are more options for using our campus colours and brand on a sign up. Customization.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our Athletic Camps, Youth Quake, and perhaps our performing arts sign ups!

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

One of the most helpful aspects of using Brushfire is how intuitive and easy it is for customers to navigate. The platform is designed with the end-user in mind, making the ticket purchasing or event registration process straightforward and seamless. This user-friendly experience not only enhances customer satisfaction but also increases the likelihood of successful event participation, as attendees can quickly and easily secure their spots without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

While Brushfire excels in many areas, one of the least helpful aspects is the lack of comprehensive support during the initial setup phase. For users who are new to the platform, the process of configuring events and integrating various features can be a bit challenging without sufficient guidance. Although the platform is generally user-friendly, more robust setup assistance or clearer onboarding tutorials could significantly enhance the experience for first-time users.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brushfire tackles the challenge of managing event registrations by making the process much easier and more straightforward. Plus, attendees find it simple to sign up, which means more people are likely to join in.
