What do you like best about Brushfire?

I like the ability to send out mass emails to attendees, as well as the custom reports you can build to get information. I also really enjoy the fact that Brushfire is set out to help non-profit businesses, but especially churches and faith-based organizations. It feels like I'm doing business with people who understand our needs, and not just another organization trying to 'milk us' for as much money as they can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brushfire?

What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our event management game has stepped way up - and with their new subscription option, we are experiencing premium benefits at a fraction of the cost of other competitors. They now include name badge design and the ability to host virtual conferences. One thing that this solution now creates for us is the ability to do a virtual pre-conference in addition to our regular conference. No one knows what the prospect of conferences looks like moving forward in a post-COVID-19 culture, but having a subscription for all of our needs is very attractive to an organization like this. Also, there are not per-ticket fees with their subscription based service - something almost every other competitor has. The savings our organization realizes with Brushfire - and also the perks that we get with them, are not found elsewhere. Other organizations may be in the same price range, but with just bare bones.
