I like Brushfire because it's easy to register and set up, which makes handling ticketing for our large church events hassle-free. I also appreciate the excellent support they provide. Additionally, the lower fee structure of Brushfire compared to Eventbrite was a significant factor in our decision to switch, and the initial setup was easy, further supporting our choice. The backend of Brushfire can take a few minutes to learn, which means it's not super intuitive right away. Also, the menus can be a bit confusing at first, making navigation tricky for new users.
