Working with Sheena Elaine Jordan through BruntWork has been one of the real gifts of this past year for our company. We hired her as our very first marketing team member — I had been trying to figure the whole thing out on my own — and from the very first day she held my hand and showed me exactly how marketing could be done. She taught me so much.

Sheena is a constant fountain of creativity. Her organization is second to none. She is relentlessly proactive — always coming to us with new research projects, new ideas, and new ways to add value, so much of it before we even thought to ask. She has never once rested on her laurels.

What is so rare about Sheena is the combination. She is analytical, highly organized, self-motivated, and strategic — and at the same time she is colorful, artistic, warm, funny, and full of light. Both hemispheres of her brain fire on all cylinders, and that is a genuinely rare thing. English is not her first language, and she is still one of the finest copywriters we have ever worked with — her marketing and ad copy is beautiful. She built our brand identity, our guidelines, and our SOPs. She embraced every AI tool and every piece of our tech stack with grace and speed. She was excellent at taking direction when I had notes — and most of the time I didn't have any, because what she brought back was already right.

She also came in knowing nothing about the vending industry and threw herself into learning our business from across the world. She joined every call, worked flexibly across time zones, and became genuinely conversant in what we do and why it matters.

And beyond her talent — which is vast — Sheena is simply a delight as a human being. She brings a beautiful, light, positive, uplifting energy to every interaction. She is a joy to work with.

If you are a BruntWork client reading this, hire Sheena the moment she becomes available. You will not regret it. She is a true treasure, and the company lucky enough to work with her next is in for something very, very special." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
