I like that Bronto is reliable and embraces flexibility. I appreciate that it adapts to current requirements, especially in improving the quality of life for troubleshooting. The MCP server is much appreciated as it helps in finding patterns and history during analysis, allowing less time to be spent on searching for information. I'm also glad that Bronto is looking forward to adopting the latest technologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The alert Slack integration with Bronto is really awkward. It doesn't look good or feel good to use. User experience is so important, especially when it comes to seeing alerts. Right now, the alerts are a big chunk of information with graphics that take up the entire Slack channel screen. It really needs to be concise and point to the right data. Moreover, I've noticed that when going out to the monitor, the timestamps drift, which is annoying. It should be more customizable to allow selecting what data you want to send, similar to what a webhook might do. Ideally, anything that lets you quickly identify what's going on and where would be a big improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
