The platform is very flexible and customizable. A lot of competitors are rigid and only allow a few customizations on reports or pre-defined views. The ability to import a lot of different data sources, combine and determine risk is very powerful. The ease of connecting APIs to import data is also straightforward. There are a lot of features that advanced users can take advantage of, but it is also becoming easier for everyday users to customize. The timeline on customer support is also very quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Brinqa? One downside is all of the customization. It can be overwhelming at times, especially during the initial setup. Molding organizational data to fit into data formats that Brinqa expects can also be challenging. With such a large platform with many features, there are quite a few bugs that have to be worked out. This can slow progress until they are fixed in an upcoming release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Brinqa solving and how is that benefiting you? Brinqa is solving a few problems. We didn't have a centralized application inventory or details about the applications. However, we have been able to add this information into Brinqa, add owners, URLs, documentation, etc for each entry. The previous process of adding manually adding vulnerabilities was inefficient. Using the new standard process in Brinqa and its automation, creating vulnerabilities and tickets has been great.
