What do you like best about Brilliant Directories?

I’ve built directories using WP for years, and it was always problematic. I constantly had to stay on top of maintenance, hosting, plugin updates, and even viruses, and the overall headache was massive. When I heard about Brilliant Directories online, I was immediately drawn to the huge number of features the platform offers, along with no more worries about security, updates, or automation. What do you dislike about Brilliant Directories?

The platform is very rich in features, and the team behind it has been in business for many years. At this moment, I have nothing negative to say about Brilliant Directories. What problems is Brilliant Directories solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation is a big one for me. I let users sign up to the service on their own, and the system supports automated triggers to upscale and upsell features. That lets me keep growing sales with very little effort on my part. I mainly focus on creating content to keep the platform relevant for search engines and appealing to new customers, and the rest is handled pretty much automatically by the platform.
