"Brightwheel Keeps Enrollment and Forms Organized in One Place"

What do you like best about brightwheel?

What I like most about Brightwheel is how organized it keeps everything in one place. The Waitlist feature has been especially helpful for tracking interested families and managing enrollment. Being able to send forms helps me so much instead of printing the forms we need parents to fill out, I can send them through Brightwheel and get them returned easily. What do you dislike about brightwheel?

One area where Brightwheel could improve is making certain features easier to access. At times, it takes several steps to find specific information, like past messages. There have been occasions when we needed to look back at an older message and would prefer to simply search by a keyword, rather than having to scroll through the entire message history. It takes more of our time. If Brightwheel had a search box in the messages we could search by key words. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is brightwheel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brightwheel has helped simplify many of our daily administrative tasks by keeping communication, attendance, enrollment and family information in one place. It has also helped improve communication with families.
