Brightspot is a very robust system that allows us to be able to tailor to our needs. I've been able to add custom page and content types to make content editor's jobs in managing content easier. I also like how easy it to manage multiple sites, each with its own permissions. For the most part, the form based content curation allows editors to be able to input content with minimal learning. It also allows for quicker content creation and editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My biggest gripe about Brightspot is how the Prose Editor handles HTML tables. The existing tools are very limiting and it makes it difficult to impossible to create an accessible table. The other grip is how the editor treats everything, like headings, as enhancements, it pops an empty window when adding one, and have to click "save" just to add a heading.
