What I find most helpful is out-of-the-box abilities like create a site, manage the content and it's status, create new content, archive or sunset older content, and have it all hosted within the app. It is responsive. It has a learning curve, but it's not steep. Online docs and FAQ pages help with learning how to use BrightSpot. It has plugins for useful third-party apps that help to streamline your workflow.
