What do you like best about Brightspot?

Their support staff has been excellent, providing both creative and technical help, along with training and guidance for my team in learning the CMS. Another deciding factor in choosing them as a vendor was that they could both design and host our company’s websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightspot?

There have been a few instances where we’ve needed to put together a statement of work (SOW) to build custom features within the CMS for front-end display, as well as to ensure certain modules function the way we intended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brightspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to create shared pages and modules across sites reduces the time it takes to update content that appears in multiple places. Before Brightspot, the CMS we used was very cumbersome and made even simple edits feel like a chore. Brightspot’s user interface is much more streamlined; using modules to structure webpages keeps things organized, and the live preview makes it easier to create, review, and edit content as you go.
