What I liked best about Brightr was their patience and professionalism. It was very easy to work with them, and their content creation skills and overall marketing guidance were key to our success. What problems is Brightr solving and how is that benefiting you?

To put it in one word: exposure. We have a part-time marketing team and needed assistance to focus on a single target market. The Brightr team has experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and understands who we are and what we do without us having to explain it. This was crucial as we had engaged with other marketing agencies in the past who did not grasp our services. They took the time to really understand our case study, which was the core of their services. They met with our leadership team, delivery team, and our customer. The benefit was an amazing case study that amplified our expertise. Our customer was equally excited about the results, which helped us to build an even stronger partnership with them.
