We have found the system good for supporting our day to day and the team find it easy to navigate. Connects to our Shopify store well. It has helped us manage orders, fulfilment and inventory and although sometimes slow, have found the support to be helpful if an issue has arisen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few missing features e.g. would be great to search orders by product name or SKU and more robust reporting would be a good addition. We have also had some issues with the connectivity with our accounts system. The platform is expensive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
