I appreciate that Brightpearl is a seamless solution that enables all colleagues in the business to work together in real-time to tackle the issues and day-to-day problems collaboratively. I also like that there are several bolt-on apps that allow Brightpearl to work very well with other warehousing solutions, integrate with HMRC, and partner companies that offer enhanced solutions. The use of bolt-on apps is particularly beneficial as it helps Brightpearl work with our main web front end, whether it was written in Magento or is being switched to Shopify. I find the Brightpearl accounts module only just fit for purpose, even though we've used it for two years. Integrating it with Sage would incur extra costs and separate the accounts module from the rest of Brightpearl, so it wasn't an advantageous option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
