What do you like best about Brightmetrics?
I find Brightmetrics very easy to configure. The reporting scheduling is awesome because I can schedule reports to go out instead of having to run them manually. It gives us reporting and a dashboard to monitor the queue, and fills a lot of the gaps with Genesis Connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Brightmetrics?
It works I wish it was not needed but it is with the lack of reporting in Genesys Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
