What do you like best about BrightHR?

BrightHR gives me structure and clarity in my HR operations. The platform makes it easy to manage employee records, policies, and compliance tasks without getting lost in admin. Their support team has been consistently responsive and proactive, which has been especially valuable as I’m building out my organisation’s compliance framework. What do you dislike about BrightHR?

Some parts of the platform feel a bit rigid when you’re setting up more complex HR or compliance workflows. There are moments where I wish certain features were more customisable, especially around policy structuring and multi‑role configurations. What problems is BrightHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before BrightHR, managing our tasks was fragmented and time‑consuming. We struggled with keeping everything organised and audit‑ready, but now we can centralise employee information, track policies, and manage compliance workflows in one place. This has resulted in clearer processes, fewer administrative errors, and a noticeable reduction in time spent on routine HR tasks.
