It’s great for keeping all our information in one place. It’s user-friendly and works well for the whole team. Overall, the system is clear, easy to navigate, and helpful for everyone. They are supportive and have easy to access information to help with day to day. We chose this system as it was competitively priced and gave the team opportunity to streamline all systems into one area. It's AI features are great and accurate and the speed that we get support is very good. We are yet to connect to other tools but this option in the future is great. It is a reliable system overall. We have found, for our team set up the rota to be challenging to use and the staff have said they struggle to understand who is on at what times. It also doesn't highlight gaps in the rota as much as we feel it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
