What do you like best about BrightHR?

The site is easy to navigate and the side bar makes it intuitive. There is a lot of functionality built into a single suite. Having everything in one place is so much easier to undertake day to day tasks. The site is fast and reliable, never lagging. The support and chat box options appear regular. I find that this is great value for money and much better than other systems I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrightHR?

The sidebar icons cannot be rearranged in order to match the functions I use the most. It just means more scrolling past some items I never use such as time tracking. The expense function would be better if it could deduct home to work miles on a mileage trip, as with remote working happening more, this is a common thing we need to take off. What problems is BrightHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its making mileage claims easier as not only is there a site, but the apps associated are making life easier for staff that are based in the community. It also shows details like payroll info, salary, DBS etc which all help keep the staff records in one place. The calendar function can show team absences etc and help manage the workload and capacity as I job share with a colleague. I find it easy to navigate, and we can store / find company documents much easier now. With the added function of read receipt, makes sure we have a log of who has read each policy.
